1. polyacrylamide stored in a cool place can be stored for more than 2 years, configured into a solution, storage time is limited, non-ionic and anionic solutions can not be stored for more than a week; Cationic solution should not be stored for more than a day.
2.  the nature of sewage affects the effect of polyacrylamide is not stable, because each industry produces sewage nature is different, sometimes there will be fluctuations, and more complex, for complex water quality treatment adding a single agent can not meet the requirements of water treatment, need to work with other agents for mixed treatment, so that the effect of the product will be more stable.
3.  Polyacrylamide is more sensitive to iron ions, calcium ions and magnesium ions than anionic polymers. Iron ions are the catalyst for the chemical degradation of all polyacrylamide.

Therefore, when preparing, transferring and storing polyacrylamide solutions, it is necessary to avoid iron ions entering and solution contact equipment. It is better to use stainless steel, plastic, glass fiber reinforced plastic or carbon steel containers with surface coating resin.
